New Riders

Welcome! We are excited to have you at Synergy Equestrian. Please ensure you complete these steps before your scheduled evaluation/first lesson.

1. Complete the Rider Participation Form - link will take you to a Google form
2. Print and sign our Liability Waiver. The completed form should be brought to your evaluation/first lesson. 
3. Pay for your evaluation online, or bring a check (made out to Synergy Equestrian) or cash (in a marked envelope) with you to the barn. *The button below will link you to a payment page - please enter the RIDER'S NAME when submitting payment.
